Where possible, orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day.
Hay Steamers
Hay steamers are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent on a next-day service.
We always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes. These will be requested directly by the carrier once the parcel reaches the destination country.
All required customs paperwork is completed by us prior to dispatch.
We do not ship worldwide.
